the DRAGONS ARE COMING TO LEDUC!

… in SUPPORT of LEDUC COMMUNITY HOSPITAL 
 

In conjunction with the 3^rd annual Leduc Dragon Boat Festival and as a compliment to the Leduc Main Street Festival, the Black Gold Health Foundation is hosting a “Vendors Village” on the lake front of Telford Lake, Leduc. 

On July 17, 2010, the “Vendors Village” will offer a family festival atmosphere where exhibitors will showcase their products or services in support of Leduc Community Hospital.  With this they are encouraged to further show their pride of supporting their local hospital by hosting a CARNIVAL or FAIR like activity at their display. 

More games… MORE FUN! 

To compliment the Leduc Main Street Festival, this is a great opportunity for the “OFF MAIN STREET” businesses to participate in a festival atmosphere.

About Us

The Black Gold Health Foundation is a charitable organization established in April 1993 to promote health programs and services and provide for special initiatives that improve the quality of health services available to residents of Leduc and area. We receive broad community support from various individuals,  especially former patients as well as businesses and community organizations.  By raising funds to support new technology, specialized equipment and innovative programs, the Foundation works with the Capital Health Authority to ensure that those who use our Hospital and the Health Centres continue to receive the best in medical care.  The Foundation receives all donations to the Leduc Community Hospital and Health Centres of Beaumont, Leduc and Thorsby and ensures that appropriate timely acknowledgment and recognition is accomplished.
 
The Black Gold Health Foundation is dedicated to fulfilling a vision of offering the highest quality of health care services.  Our mission is to build relationships with community partners that will contribute to the enhancement of patient care services and health programs offered in our community. The Foundation forms an important link between the community and health care professionals by providing opportunities to invest in the future of the health care, all through contributions of funds, time (volunteering) and services.
